Hi! I'm signed up for a half marathon in Milwaukee Wi end of August. I have run several halfs and 2 marathons...a long time ago. I'm prob 30 lbs heavier than my long distance days. Hoping this training helps me lose weight and gain some control of my poor eating habits.

My plan was to lose about 10lbs and I think I gained 5. Big fail. No motivation or will power. I just want to eat healthy and exercise this last week so I feel good about myself and look a little less puffy. Why have I been so weak?! Ugh! Any advice or motivational words? Thank you!
