Under active thyroid
Anyone over 60 also taking thyroxine for under active thyroid. Just wondered if you have gone weeks maintaining then maybe losing half pound, I have not got a lot to lose but want to stay healthy , have 1200 calories allowance im 5ft 2" female . I do Pilates class and short walks xx
