At least once a week I get a pan seared tenderloin filet at a fave restaurant. In the MFP database, there are a ton of choices for the filet with very different calorie counts. Which entry do you choose when there is such a discrepancy in calories? With the tenderloin, it makes a pretty big difference.
I just started doing barre DVDs and cannot find "barre" listed in strength training exercises on MFP. I have no clue how many calories are burned during a class and can't figure out how to add it to the database as a strength training exercise. Does anyone know how to add it to the database?
I don't mean to be a moron, but the whole TDEE thing is new to me. If my TDEE is 2038 and I eat 1400 cals a day, do I subtract that from the TDEE to get the daily calorie deficit? Again, apologize for the stupidity.
