Did you see/try the egg and sausage breakfast bake on the site blog a few days ago? I would like to try it but I want to replace the bread in the recipe with something less carby and glycemic, or a high protein and fiber bread if one exists. Any ideas?
I started eating healthily on January 2nd using My Fitness Pal and it has helped a lot to teach me how to do it right. I have 170 pounds to lose. My goal is to add working out gradually, in a month or two, and lose 70 pounds by January 2nd 2016.
