since October 2014 I've lost about 30 lbs.. Came off relatively quickly too! Now since about february I've been stuck... I've opened my diary.. Any suggestions??? I don't log my water fyi :)
Does anyone have a reliable website for calculating calories burned on a treadmill? I get different numbers from every site I try. My treadmill is set for someone who is 150lb, and I don't think I can change it. HELP!!!
