the first time I used the app it was calling out miles and pace and what not... Since then it hasn't done so and I am curious if there is some kind of setting that I am missing? Probably an easy fix but I'm not seeing it.. Thoughts or ideas?

looking for ideas for lunches that can be made ahead for the week and stored in the fridge so we can just grab them and head out... Made mason jar salads which work really great as well as a quinoa and black bean salad that was really good... Other thoughts or ideas?

almost done with alpha week 3... Although I had to take a break for a week between weeks 1 and 2 due to my basement flooding right before Christmas.
