How accurate are the calorie calculators on MFP and Map My Fitness?
I have Map My Fitness synced to my MFP app but I'm wondering how accurate the count is. For instance, I rode my bike 2 miles today and it said I burned 162 calories. Has anyone tried weight loss supplements, and if so, what was your reaction/experience?
I've had some people tell me supplements are helpful, such as Hydroxycut's products, but to me they just seem like a way to cash in on this market. Does anyone have any weight loss supplement success stories?
