Pretty sure that is what got me here in the first place...hence why I am on a diet and in therapy and no longer doing that, if you understood my post. It's not about overeating, it's about seeing less progress with the same routine. Thanks for the support everyone! :)

I am the farthest black sheep out here in Oregon ;) Big time emotional eater with a LOT to lose, but baby steps of 10 lbs at a time makes it seem much more doable. Anyone in the same boat feel free to add me!
