Weight loss with diet and exercise...where am I going wrong?!
Hi all, Need some advice... I've been targeted around 1200 calories on here plus extra for any exercise and I'm usual under...bar 3 days in the past 3 weeks. I go to circuits twice a week and run 5k twice a week too, occasional swim thrown in too. Why is my weight staying the same? I'm 5'7 & 140lbs... Any tips/tricks or…
