Iron
With NM, I always was fine on iron. With MFP, I seldom have "enough" but have not changed my eating that I know of. Would anyone know the differences?

Fitbit Calories
Not sure where to ask this - my fitbit calories aren't showing up on MFP today. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what did you do? It's possible this has been covered somewhere else, but I didn't know where or how to look. Thank you for any help.

Measurements
Is there anyway to be able to have measurements more precise? I was able to find the trail mix I eat but the only measurement is 1/4 cup - what if I don't want that much and I'd rather have it in oz. or grams - is there a way to do that. I'm just used to things being more precise. Maybe the way is there and I just can see…
