Steps
MFP says I have 17,601 steps. And it keeps increasing as I'm laying in bed. According to my FitBit I have 13,090 steps. Anyone else have this problem???

Breakfast Question
So...I wake up everyday at 6am, get dressed, and go to work. I'm usually at work by 8am. I'm not really all that hungry in the morning until around 10. My lunch break is at 10:30 so I usually skip breakfast but then eat "lunch" at 10:30. I then have snacks to hold me over for the rest of the day until dinner at about 6pm.…

Boredom Eating
When I get bored, I want to eat. Usually I'm not even hungry. But I crave the taste, texture, and happy feeling I get when I eat. It's getting better...but it really is a bad addiction.
