My daughter has challenged me to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks by May 23, 2016. Not sure I can do it but I will try.
A colleague at work eats a Paleo diet which she says keeps her at a healthy weight and feeling good. I searched it on the internet and it seems to be very high in protein (meat) which would make it extremely hard to stay on or under 1200 calories and it would be a lot of fat also. Anyone knows of this diet?
Good Morning!! I have been in search of a healthy low card/low fat whole grain bread with little to no success because there are sooooo many varieties and all I see online is be careful of the labels. Not all are actually 100% whole grain. Does anyone have a good specific brand that they can recommend?
