I am only 4'11". the system suggested 1200 diet seems too much maybe ?
hm.... Hello everyone ~ I am short, female, 45 years old (which means metabolism low). I do exercise, cardio dance and minor weight lifting, 5 times/week. around 1 hr each time. The system suggest 1200 cal diet per day. Wondering if it is be too much to reach weight loss goal ? any thought ? thx. Good look everyone ~
