How do you eat your porridge?
I know from past experience that porridge is a good breakfast for me when it comes to weight loss, its easy quick and filling Im looking for ideas to keep me interested, so far i have tried apple chopped up, strawberries and honey but i get bored easily so looking for new toppings so i dont stray! Hi im struggling to find calories for the dried packet mixes (colmans etc) thr calories on thr packet are based on prepared recipe as per the suggested recipe - i will be using my own incredients so eant to know calorie value of just the sauce mix if that makes sense Anyone any ideas? TIA
