HRM and calories burnt
How accurate are the results? I use a HRM for circuit workouts or HIIT and I generally burn about 500 calories for 30mins workout. Is it accurate as it's a dedicated chest strap HRM? Thx

Chest Strap

Protein
Hi Nearly every day, when I look at my nutrition when I complete my diary, I am invariably over on my protein allowance. How much does this really matter? I tend to focus on overall calories than protein, carbs and fat. Thx

Food(s) that make you gag.
Does anyone have a food or foods they truly can't stomach? For me it's artichokes (almost made me throw up), coleslaw and ketchup.

Quick Add Calories Burnt
Is there a way to record calories burnt at the gym? I did various exercises and don't want to search for each invidual thing. Rather leave it as 0 if I can't quick add. Thx
