i started my journey in January and I was exercising 2-4 days a week using YouTube videos. Then I joined Curves a month ago and I go 5 days a week and do the extra classes 4-5 days. does anyone know how to accurately measure calories burned while exercising? I've read a couple articles that say Fitbit and MFP are way off. I've been losing and it's working so far but I'm a little OCD and need to know how much I'm actually burning.
anyone have ideas on what to serve so guests don't feel like they're on a diet?
