Well... I did sign up thinking it would be a great improvement. NOT. I don't/haven't used any of the extra features and I wouldn't use them even if they were free. I'm regretting it big time! I could use the money for important things like my Zumba class!

Made with lemon,citrus, Apple cider vinegar, natural flavor. I thought the same thing but the ingredients aren't a bunch of chemicals. Sucralose is the worst ingredient. I'll take it over fat free mayo any day. See pic

Walden farms people. They have a line of salad dressings, ice cream toppings, mayo and b&b's sauce. Zero calories,zero sugar, zero fat! And they're good too! I just love hearing where everyone is from. I live in a rural community. La Habra Heights Ca. Is in the hills above north Orange County. I'm 10 mins from the city, 30 mins from Disneyland. I get the best of both worlds. We have lots of critters up here too.

Wow I'll put some in. Just thinking mfp doesn't have any. I bought that Walden Farms zero calories zero everything mayo and it wasn't too bad. Tastes kinda like Miracle Whip. I put it in some cabbage and made coleslaw. My husband didn't even notice and he's SUPER PICKY. Not half bad. I do like coleslaw.

I know. After reading several posts and articles, I've decided to suck it up and move on. Could be because I lowered calorie intake, could be I lost inches (no way to know, need to buy a tape measure) or some other crazy reason. Bottom line: Keep moving forward!

When I go out to eat and look it up in MFP, I'll look for the lowest calorie item (ie; Pho) not knowing how much it really is. I'm cheating myself so why do I do it?? Who knows! Ok I really need you guys today! I lowered my calories from 1700 to 1450 and stayed under all week. Granted I only exercised 3 days but didn't even lose .1 lbs! I didn't gain but c'mon!!

Well after too many days off, I'm going back to exercise today. Yesterday was a bad day so here we go looking forward. I think I'm ok but gonna take it slow at first

I did walk today. Went grocery shopping. That's always good. Tried to park farther away everywhere I went so as to get as much as possible. Hopefully it'll be better tomorrow. I read not to take anything before exercise so you don't mask the pain and hurt yourself more so I'm toughing it out!

Fourlynn try Werthers sugar free caramels. They're pretty good. I pop one in my mouth and it'll last about 5 minutes. Just long enough to get through the urge. They have chocolate caramel too.
