Recommendations for a program in the New Year??
So I’m looking for a progressive, mostly body weight program to start in January. Ideally it would be a 8-9 week program. I’m basically wanting something new to get me from New Years to when I start training my for my springtime half marathon. Any suggestions?

Logging a conditioning class
I take a class called TBC (total body conditioning) every week and I'm not sure what to log it as. It's a 45 minute class with a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down/ stretch. The class is a combo of HIIT cardio and free weight/ body weight strength training exercises. Thoughts?
