What to expect from my personal trainer ... Am I just needy
I need input I have just started my second round of PT. (I did 3 months and took 3 off) I'm in great shape but want to tone up more and gain more muscle. Here's the thing, my trainer is a bit young... He's an awesome trainer but kinda lacks in the "full program" aspect. In other words when he's training, he's awesome...…
