Should this number be high or low for the week? I've noticed my average for some weeks is 1100 or a little less. Could This be why No Loss on the scales for 2 months now. My goal is 1500 a day, find hard to eat more than 1380-1450.
MFP Sets the recommended cals etc and the Carbs amount you know is too high for your body and your gain weight. What do you do?
I'm on 1480 cals a day. Chose sedentary however am questioning this. I do x2 45min personal training a week. Walk about 5km once a week and ride the bike 30km once a week. By the end of my week I burn 2,000-2,500 calories. I've Been on MFP more than 2 months and NOT loosing weight? What am I doing wrong?
