Hi all, I want to change the layout of my food diary from Breakfast,lunch,dinner,snacks To say Breakfast, meal 1,meal 2,meal 3, meal 4, meal 5. Can someone tell me where I can change this. I can't seem to find the setting for it.m Thanks heaps

Hi Gang, What is your favourite way to prepare your Oats? Mines super simple....I pour boiling water over them, let them sit until soft and then top with honey. What's yours?

Hi guys just new to all of this....can someone please tell me how I can add fresh food to my diary? It keeps asking for a specific brand. Say for example for my lunch today I had zucchini, snow peas and chicken. Am I able to add this? Thank you.

How to add my Personal Training session?
hi guys, I have some apps synced to this one, so it adds up my exercise...but how would I add my personal training sessions I do at the gym? They vary all the time on what I do from weights to cardio...do I have to do in "my exercise" and guess calories I would burn? Thanks
