Hi does anyone have a killer ab routine to share ? Iv been alternating between cable crunch 45kg x 15 3 set chair /hanging leg raises and air bicycle And incline with 5 kg x 25 3 set crunches and flat leg raise Would love some new ideas

Lift hard & heavy & eating well
At the moment I'm bulking and train 6 days per week . So far progression of gain in terms of weight and lifts is steady and im on a good run . Building muscle and size
Iv been training for 45 weeks and built up a reasonable amount of muscle but now my newbie gains are behind me and progression has slowed . Would anyone like to share any tips?

Hard gainer
Hi I've been training for 45 wks mainly free weights and made quite good muscle gain but really need some weight gain to get bigger. I'm currently on 2200 cal but proberly need to up it again as I don't gain weight easily. Do you think it's important to watch your macros whilst bulking?

Muscle up!
Eating well and training hard is what I love to do . Always having a goal and making sure there is progression in my training keeps me focused . It's great for mind body and soul .
