Fasting - Ease of Use
Please consider making tracking fasting easier than it currently is. In its current state I find it unusable. Two simple additions. A Start Fast which captures date and time and an End Fast which captures date and time. It would then show on our progress and each meal would be noted as Fasted. I really want to continue…

Greetings one and all. I've been on the diet since December 29th 2014. I started at 288 pounds and as of this morning I am 242. Hello - on A VLCD and Doing fine, so far
Greetings I started at 288 lbs. I'm on a Medically Managed VLCD and so far so good. 3 weeks in and I'm down to 248 lbs. Only 38 more to go until I can start the process of eating normally although very differently.
