Greetings
I started at 288 lbs. I'm on a Medically Managed VLCD and so far so good. 3 weeks in and I'm down to 248 lbs. Only 38 more to go until I can start the process of eating normally although very differently.

Hi there! So far so good is OK, but doesn't sound like a lot of fun. Neither does weeks after weeks on starvation diet. Why don't you just eat in a sustainable way instead, to prepare for the rest of your life, starting now?0

Keep powering through! I've been low carb dieting for 5 years and I'll never go back.0
