My egg whites say there is 45 calories in 1/3 of a cup (100g) but 1/3 of a cup is not close to 100g when weighed it's only about 70g. What should I track by to make sure I'm as accurate as possible by the 1/3 cup or by 100g? Or something else completely?
Hey I’m Steve and after logging for a few days every couple of years and giving up I’m giving it an honest go so I can be healthy and live the active lifestyle I always wanted. After failing by myself several times I thought it might be easier if doing it alongside others. Besides you can never have too many friends right?
