My egg whites say there is 45 calories in 1/3 of a cup (100g) but 1/3 of a cup is not close to 100g when weighed it's only about 70g.
What should I track by to make sure I'm as accurate as possible by the 1/3 cup or by 100g? Or something else completely?

Thanks, that makes sense I was just surprised how far off it was. Grams it is!1 -
This appears to be more than the difference between measuring by volume vs weight. Probably a typo on the product - one of many out there.0
