I just started doing yoga, beginning yoga. I was hydrated and went slow, took my time and felt like I did not overdo it. a I started feeling neausated and emotional during some of my poses....is this normal?

Too Much Weight Loss?
Hi everyone! I just joined and this is my first week working out and eating right. I did nothing extreem, besides cut sugar consuption down by 90% just added exercise and a healthy meal game plan. New: Starting Tomorrow
I am starting the couch to 5k program for he first time, just set it up on my phone. I think this is a great small goal to set. Tomorrow is also my first day of changing how I eat too. I guess a lifestyle change is a good thing. So we will see how it goes. :)
