Looking for weight loss help urgently!!
I am 18 about 5'7" and am "obese" I weigh 440lbs and can't really exercise I've been trying to walk at a slow pace for a minimum of 30 min a day but I need help and in courage ment to stick to my meal plan and really get motivated and push my self if anybody wants to help by talking or have any ideas I would veryuch…
