If I lose 2lb a week on 1200 cals a day, what is my actual TDEE?
Just I'm sure it's lower than what mfp would have me believe - I had 1600 cals recommended for 2lb a week loss but I stick to 1200, call it 1250/1300 maybe for any accuracy errors (but I have a food scale, am not a numpty and I'm very careful with logging!)
