What's more important? Eating all of your calories or eating proportionate to the nutrition percentages. Oops, have calories left but went waaaay over on carbs, a little bit on fat and protien.

How do you add people
Hi, I'm brand new. A person said that I could add them. I went to the add friends sections but as I just met this person I don't know her through facebook, nor do I have her email. Please help!!! There has to be an easier way! BTW- anyone can add me.
