frustrated
Started a new plan two weeks ago. Was doing really well, lost 5 lbs. Went out one night, drank 2 beers, ate a chicken sandwich. Next day I'm up 6 lbs. Now I know that I wasn't exactly on plan, and I expected to take a hit, but 6 lbs?? Even if I weighed what I ate, it wouldn't have been 6 lbs worth. Frustrated today. Time…
