How many calories should I eat?
Hello, I'm a 29 y/o female, I'm 5'4" and 273lbs. I started strong lifts 5x5 about 6 weeks ago. I've been progressing quickly, didn't have to modify until last Monday. I am semi active and I get 10k steps a day. I'm going to be starting the C25K program in two weeks. Since I started SL, I'm real hungry. MFP doesn't adjust…
