I'm very overweight and very out of shape. I try to do cardio 3 times a week and weight training twice. I do between 20 and 35 minutes on the treadmill and 10 or 15 minutes on the elliptical on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I do various weights Tuesday and Thursday.
