I have to say, I've never used a scale to count calories and I've always managed to lose weight.. @kparrish1814 I really like that! I think I eat a lot sometimes because I'm bored, or because I just feel like I "have" to. I made a sandwich earlier and it sat next to me for about 15 minutes because I wasn't even hungry. I just made it because it was around noon and I figured I needed to eat lunch. I'm beating myself up tremendously because I did a lot of drinking this weekend. So far today I've drank 4 bottles of water to try to get some of the bloat down but it doesn't seem to be helping. I know it was just one day but I feel like all of the progress I made has been pushed back!
