I started my journey at 190 lbs after working out regularly watching my calories drinking more water and knocking out soda I've gotten d own to 172.8 and lost 25.6 inches I still have a lil ways to go I would like to be at 135 witch is just right for my height

I was wondering how much do you or should you work out a week being a mother 3 babies and a husband who works 12-14 hours a day I have to make time for myself although I only have work 5 hours a day I'm down 18 lbs off to good start.
