I keep reading that less carbs more protein is the best way to lose weight so I have changed MFP recommendations from carbs 50% fat 30% protein 20% to carbs now 45% fat 25% and protein 30%. I'm 33, 5"11 and allowed 1465 cals a day. Can anyone tell me if this is going to work better for me or if I should return to MFP…
Started back in October and I was doing really well, though I then went on holiday and then Christmas. I have tried to get back on track but I am finding it really hard... Managed to stay within the cals I'm allowed yesterday and today so far but feel I would do much better if I could buddy up with people. :\
