On 5:2 Plan, aim to get to 82 kg
About 10 years ago when I was a lot more active - snowboarding, cycling - I was at and around 82 kg. I'm now on the 5:2 Plan, which is going really well, and I'm aiming to get back down to 82 kg - currently 88 and a bit kg, lost a couple of kg since starting the 5:2 Plan.
