On 5:2 Plan, aim to get to 82 kg

About 10 years ago when I was a lot more active - snowboarding, cycling - I was at and around 82 kg.
I'm now on the 5:2 Plan, which is going really well, and I'm aiming to get back down to 82 kg - currently 88 and a bit kg, lost a couple of kg since starting the 5:2 Plan.

    I just started the 5:2 about three weeks ago. I had hit a plateau at 34 lbs and wanted to change things up. So far I don't find it too difficult on the fast days. I'm down 3 lbs so it appears to be working :)
