I'm being patient but my body definitely wants to stay at this weight...I've been increasing activity and changing the variety of my diet but such slow progress is being made! I know slow is better than none and 32 pounds is nothing to sneeze at but just anxious to keep seeing results!! My age doesn't help also female, so…
not happy when I look in the mirror - weight loss is crazy slow even though I've ramped up my workouts but I need to keep up with water consumption.....YUCK!!!
