Good luck and sometimes it's hard to stay on track especially being young...my son is Type 1 and I'm a R.N., and it's a daily challenge for him to keep his blood sugar within normal range. Sounds like you have your sights set on a great obtainable goal!

Exactly what I was thinking and the food database varies and I've been eating out at parties and picnics....thought I was being very good but the scale tends to differ but at least I'm not going up...

Thanks for your message! You've done great! Right now I'm finding this process Soo frustrating but I'm sticking with my plan...I admit I could be forcing more water. Doing plank challenge and going to try interval running on the treadmill too!
