Hey my name is Morgan. Sometimes cardio triggers my panic attacks bc it mimics the symptoms of panic.
So all I ate today was 2eggs, an orange, a granola bar, and a chicken fajita.. And I'm far from hungry. Confusing lol I mean I only have about 900 calories today..
This app says when I exercise I can eat more calories. But isn't the point to eat less calories and exercise more to lose weight? Why does it say I can eat all the calories I burn..
