I'm trying to be really strict with myself on the amount I eat but what actually is the correct portion size at the moment I'm just filling most of my plate up with veg or salad
back onto a serious diet now need to keep my motivation up and not get bored of eating the same foods look forward to reading some of the great ideas on here
hi Guys I take salad everyday to work for my lunch however I don't want to get bored of this at the min I'm having a bit of ham and feta cheese in my salad any other ideas so I don't get bored??? Thanks :)
