New Year Motivation and need tips
Hey I need tips. I was put on meds last year to block nerve pain and gained a huge amount of weight cause all I did was eat and sleep and now I'm off the meds I can't break the bad eating cycle and over eating. It's like I'm never full. Any tips on what to do to stop the over eating? Ps feel free to add me please ✌
