I'm pretty sure it takes 2-5 yrs for your bones to go back where they were before pregnancy so dont stress and put too much pressure on yourself. You can loose weight and eat right while still breastfeeding. I've had two kids and found walking with them was helpfull. Either in the pram or on my chest with those baby…

Hey babe. It all depends on what you mean by carbs. If you mean breads, potato, rice, pasta try substituting bread for rhy wraps, potato for seet potato, rice and pasta for quinoa.
