only in my third week should i plateau already?
So frustrated, the last two days I have felt like I hit a wall. My workouts don't feel productive and I gained two pounds! What the heck? Should I really be hitting a plateau this soon into my weight loss? It just makes me feel like all my hard work is for nothing.

As of today I have lost 11 pounds and 5.5 inches. Yeah me! Don't want to get to excited then fall off the wagon again. Just have to keep it going.

This is going to take a long time. Two more pounds gone after my second week and two inches (not from where I would like). Just wish it would happen faster. 5 pounds gone
lost 5 pounds but hardly any inches I hope that changes soon. week 1 down and I guess I can consider it a success.
