I recently downloaded this app. I haven't tried it yet and was wondering if it was worth it. Has anyone tried this? Or other trainer apps that helped them?
I'm trying to get in the habit of going to the gym. When I use to go I only did cardio. I would like to incorporate strength training to my plan. Is there any site out there that helps you make a fitness schedule?
