lost 10lbs in my first week , by training hard and eating really well. Weekends are so tough especially when the weather is nice.
after getting down to 12,10lbs at Christmas - I've regained nearly 2 stone. My will power is rubbish & need to keep it off. I promised myself I will look fit at 40. That's 14 months away
My healthy eating mainly consists of Chicken, fish ,red meat & eggs. I need to find some more recipes as it gets boring eating the same stuff. I have a really sweet tooth & need some ideas
