Fitbit Stats
Spent the day at the seaside and managed to get in 17,051 steps. Since working at home due to lockdown, my step count has really gone down. Now I'm starting to get it back up. :) I don't do this many every day though.

I did a short kettlebell work out & a 20 minute walking YouTube video today. I aim to do something every day.🙂

I've been using my fitness pal for a few months and I really like it. I have lost a bit of weight, and I like how the machines at the gym that I go to & Fitbit sync with MFP. It's really helpful and motivating. I'm going to go for the 28-Day Squat Challenge. Is anyone else doing it? Cheers! :)
