Started today doing mini exercise breaks around 11:00 every day to get away from laptop. Then, as usual, a 20-40 min workout in the evening with YouTube or the FitOn app.😊💪🏽

Most of my previous post seems to have disappeared. Can't see it via my phone. :) Having some real ale. One from Cumbria (Yates Cumbrian Ale) and one from Wales (Farmhouse Ale). Plenty of room for these in today's calorie allowance. Yum! Any Real Ale fans in our group?

In moderation, I like my food - many different kinds, from different countries. Fruit is wonderful but I couldn't live on it alone & don't even want to try! B)

I try to go through about 2 litres starting first thing in the morning up until dinner time. That includes cups of black & herbal teas as well. :)

I think that people should eat at a level that makes them feel healthy, and at a level that actually keeps them in good health. I wouldn't judge anyone by their daily calories. But I can understand if someone once had an eating issue, how they wouldn't want to get drawn back into that lifestyle, despite their best efforts.…
