Hey All, I have lost about 44 lbs in the last 5 months through calorie counting and exercising. I estimate I started in the mid 30% fat range and now am around 14%-15%. Hi All, I did a quick search and did not find an answer to a specific question I have..... Is it considered safe (or healthy) to have a much lower net calorie total on an ongoing basis as long as you are eating your recommended calories? My Journal should be open - but for Example I am supposed to eat 1500 calories per day…
